Lostwithiel Museum Association (LMA) is exempt from registration under GDPR. It is a not-for-profit organisation which only processes information necessary to provide or administer activities for people who are members of the organisation or have regular contact with it.  (Reference 1)

Information we collect - General

When using  our website we collect and process  information that you provide by either filling in the On-Line Membership Application Form (NOT YET AVAILABLE) or completing the paper version of the Membership Application Form which is also available to download from this website. This information is used for the running of LMA and no other purpose.

If you get in touch via our secure Contact Form, then information you enter on this  form is stored by Zoho.eu. Their privacy policy may be read here. The information is also forwarded to a Google Mail email address. Google's privacy policy may be read here. 

Information we collect - Photography Competition

If you enter our photography competition then  information you provide on the secure Entry Form is stored by servers operated by Google. Google's privacy policy may be read at https://policies.google.com/privacy . Any  photographs uploaded are stored by dropbox. Their Privacy Policy is available at https://www.dropbox.com/en_GB/privacy
